Institute of Contemporary Dance Houston

Logo Design | Visual Identity | Print Design

From the visionary mind of Marlana Doyle, the Institute of Contemporary Dance Houston, Houston Contemporary Dance Company, and HC2 were born.

Artistic Director Marlana Doyle left MetDance Houston in 2019 in order to start a new contemporary dance company in Houston. Less than a year later, she had a new, beautiful dance studio under construction, a pop up dance series, and a healthy catalogue of new dance students eager to learn.

She needed three companies to be able to exist as one visually: a non-profit school for all, a dance company for professional adult dancers, and a dance group for young adults. Since then, Padron Design Studio has continued to expand our services for them as the companies develop and grow. This includes member logos for merchandise, signage, print media, and show-specific conceptual art.
